Make two over at Crafty Creations

Good morning!

This is going to be a scheduled post, since I'm at work (working day five out of seven). My last week before school starts. Starting this fall, and three years forward, I'll be studying sociology. Feels great to move forward!

The announce I actually wanted to make was to present the challenge this week over at Crafty Creations. And this week we want to see your interpretation of MAKE TWO. I've interpreted very literally and made TWO pin holders.

If you want to make one yourself check out the tutorial above under "TUTORIALS". They are SO easy and so much fun to make!

Roses - Wild Orchis
Guipure lace - Live & Love Crafts
Pearls - PY Hobby
Pearl string - Live & Love Crafts
Crisp ribbon - Live & love Crafts
Pom pom trim - Live & Love Crafts

These two ended up at my two best friends - one who likes blue and the other one who likes green.

Hope you've found some inspiration!

Use an arrow over at CCC

Good evening!

After a sunny and warm Croatia I'm back again in Sweden. Now I just have to figure out what to do this fall...

Until then I'd like to show you some cards. I seem to be in a Magnolia phase right now. The latest addition to my collection is Tilda with heart spots.

This week at CCC we want you to use an arrow on your project. I've used one from Tim Holtz in a gorgeous vintage brown color. Can't wait to see your projects!

DP - Pion Design Alma's sewing room
Heart punch - Martha Stewart
Edge punch - from local store
Pearl lace
Pearls
Magnolia die
Lace - LLC
Arrow
Bow made of Shabby seam binging
Vintage brad

Cute Tilda is colored with Distress Markers. I've used Tattered rose and Vintage photo for her skin and Worn lipstick and Aged mahogany for her cheeks. For her hair I've used Antique linen, Vintage Photo and Walnut stain. The dress, along with the shoes and the braids, are colored in Milled lavender and Dusty concord. For the background I've used Weathered wood and for the soil I've used Vintage photo.

Challenges:
Lovely Hänglar or Sweet Magnolia - Bingo card #74 (lace, pearls, dies)
MDUC - Your favourite things #207 (My top three favourite things to use are the Rhinestone lace, Heart punch from Martha Stewart and the fence die from Magnolia)
Magnolialicious challenge - Anything goes
Simply Magnolia - Anything goes
The Ribbon Girl Challenge Blog - Use lace
Tilda's town - Summer scene #63 (Summer isn't just warm air and burning sun... Unfortunately...)

Hope you've found some inspiration!

Hello!

This week is the last week with scheduled days at the University, although I have a short paper and the exam left.

And with weather like if it was summer doesn't make it easy for you to pick up your books...

This week at CCC we want you to bring out the wild side of yours in the challenge BORN TO BE WILD. You must use wild animals and/or prints on your projects.
