Black 'n' blue

Hello everyone!

Today I've been working on a small collection in black and blue containing a pair of earrings and a 3-rowed bracelet.

I've used:
* Shimmering blue beads (from scrapbooking4you.se)
* Black glass beads/firepolished beads (from Pearlized)
* Black, twisted and pipe shaped seedbeads (from Pearlized)
* Magnetic lock

The transparent, elastic bead string - which goes from thin to thick sizes - has become a personal favourite. It's easy to work with and doesn't break easily.

Hope you've been inspired and thanks for the visit!

Wonderful waiting

Sometimes waiting is good. Not most of the time, but at rarely occations - like Christmas and for ordered packages in hope to come home. :)

I've ordered some stuff for my jewellery making and I really can't make my excitement to go away. That's why I visited by beloved pearlstore Pearlized downtown in the middle of universityclasses.

And they've just received another order - this time full with swarovskicrystals in many, many colors. And they were so much prettier in the reality.

I wanted to buy them all, although my economy doesn't approve.

Here they are - in all their grace.

All the best!

Tilda in lemon

Hi everyone!

I'm back from my summerbreak with new energy.

Many things has happened. I've finished high school and now I'm heading for the university and I've also worked just to mention some things. So when I haven't worked and the weather has been good I've done other things than worked with my hands.

But with a lovely season ahead of us I hope I'll do more things like that.

Well, I'm not leaving you empty handed. Here's a new made piece.

With this piece I'm entering:

DCD - Tilda in lemon

Before I'll let you go I just wanted to say that I hope you all have had a lovely summer, I hope I see you soon and take care!

Plaited bracelets

These plaited bracelets are made for my two younger cousins.

Material:
* Ribbon of suede (in this case: black and brown)
* Lobster-locks
* Extension chain
* Optional charm

The older girl wanted the brown one, but she had some problems to decide which charm she wanted. When she spotted the 'Hand made'-hand she had made her decicion.

The younger girl, who is a Hello Kitty-fan, hadn't the same trouble as her sister. For her I made the bracelet in black - with a Hello-Kitty charm of course.

Hope you have found some inspiration!

Inspiration: Antique

My latest creation is a pair of earrings. My source of inspiration has been 'antique', which perhaps brings you back in time and your mind perhaps makes associations as Marie Antoinette, Pride and prejustice and those old, yet faboulous royalties.

A necklace for me

I've done lots of jewelleries to other people, but none to myself. Don't give me wrong - I love doing it and it's so much fun when other people than yourself like your creations. But I thought it would be fun to have a necklace of my own. So this is a necklace for me.

Thank you for stopping by. Have a wonderful weekend and feel the inspiration!

Pearlchain and shimmering tags

Since it is my grandmother's sister's birthday this weekend, my grandmother asked me if I could make a necklace for her sister. She has been put in a hospital in town and been there for a while. And she really loves her grandchildren Jonas and Robin - therefore have I put their names on the necklace. Perhaps it will make her smile...

Greetings from me to you.

Hope you've found some inspiration.
