Distress Markers from Tim Holtz and Ranger

Hello!

Lately I've been coloring a lot with my Distress Markers. I know I've said this before but I love them! This coloring technique fits me!

Below you'll find some results.

 Trying to do some blending

 The technique starts to set

Not too detailed - really fun to color - as well as the Lillybelle

I also want to share my hair coloring combo with you - even if you want to color from the brightest blonde to the darkest brunette - this combo is a winner!

scattered straw
mustard seed
wild honey
spiced marmelade
tea dye
vintage photo
walnut stain

If you don't like the most bright and intense colors you could just skip the color mustard seed and spiced marmelade.

To color the hair of my Gorjuss I've used black soot and pumice stone.

I'm trying to color some red hair - I'll get back to you on that!

Happy coloring!

  1. Do you like using distress markers? I love using them. Thanks for your kind words on my card at Live and Love Crafts. The die is Nestabilitlies Decorative Elements - Floral Ovals and I bought it from Sirstampalot.
